Inter-company training in the agricultural sector

In the context of inter-company training in the agricultural sector, the state awards grants from coffers of the European Social Fund on the basis of a funding guideline for courses relating to a total of ten recognized jobs that require training. The particular aim of the weeks of inter-company training is the imparting of specialist knowledge; furthermore, the courses also serve to compensate for quality differences in training between apprentice-training companies of very different structures and sizes.

Both the cost of training courses and the related costs for accommodation during the training sessions are funded. The inter-company courses are carried out by suitable institutions that have entered into an appropriate agreement with the Ministry for Agriculture, Environment and Consumer Protection of Mecklenburg-West Pomerania. These operators apply for funding through the GSA.
