“Guideline for the promotion of the development of competencies in companies” A 1.8
In accordance with the above guideline, the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania grants benefits to increase the innovative power of businesses in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania - from state funds and with the assistance of the European Social Fund.
The participation of employees from businesses located in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in advanced vocational training measures is supported, which serve the purpose of acquiring, retaining or extending professional qualifications and competencies.
In the context of the promotion of projects, the benefits are granted - by way of partial funding - as non-refundable subsidies in the form of a training cheque. The grant covers a maximum of 75% of the eligible expenditure and amounts to no more than EUR 500 per training cheque and training measure.
Beneficiaries can be businesses headquartered or located in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
Applications must be submitted to GSA Gesellschaft für Struktur- und Arbeitsmarktentwicklung mbH as institution for the receipt and initial check of applications. The approval authority is the Landesförderinstitut Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (LFI) (State Support Institute of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania).
