The GSA has been reinforcing its activities in the area of in-service training since 2006. These services include giving advice to companies on the planning of qualifications and promoting consulting services and extended vocational training. The federal state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania promotes the ability of companies and their employees to adapt to changes in technology and economics with in-service coaching. Individual projects and action programs serve to qualify employees.
