Business Set up and Student-run companies
The labor market policy in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania emphasizes on promoting new business start-ups. The services of the GSA thus comprise the initiation of student-run companies and the drafting of ‘expert opinions’ with respect to application of subsidies, aids or loans. Furthermore, the GSA is the place for accepting and checking the applications for micro-loans of the state Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and place for accepting applications for founder scholarships. Since 2005 the categories micro-loans, checking of support applications as well as generating reports and giving experts’ opinion as per orders from ministries and institutions are certified as per DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 through the Lloyds Register Quality Assurance GmbH.
