The pilot project encompasses the awarding of subsidies for the employment with payment of national insurance contributions of high-skilled young women who have not yet attained the age of 25 with a view to improving their job prospects by maintaining and enhancing their employability and capacity to work in a non-profit position which befits their qualification and to raising the inclusion level of young women and young mothers on the general labour market. The decision as to whether to award financial aid is taken by a vote within the ASP regional councils.The description of the scheme and all applications are submitted to the GSA in Schwerin.
