“Guideline for the promotion of the adaptability and competitiveness of employees and companies” A 1.1
In accordance with the above guideline, the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania grants benefits for measures that improve the adaptability of companies and employees to economic change and to reinforce the competitiveness of both businesses and employees - from state funds and with the assistance of the European Social Fund.
Advanced vocational training measures are supported, which are, in particular, linked to settlement and extension projects of commercial enterprises and/or to restructuring measures or changes of the way work is organised in businesses or measures that contribute greatly to the development of individual industries or regions and/or linked to the optimization of resource-sparing processes and the increase of energy efficiency.
In the context of the promotion of projects, the benefits are granted - by way of partial funding - as non-refundable subsidies amounting to as much as 75% of the eligible expenditure.
Beneficiaries can be natural and legal persons of private and public law.
Applications must be submitted to GSA Gesellschaft für Struktur- und Arbeitsmarktentwicklung mbH as institution for the receipt and initial check of applications. The approval authority is the Landesförderinstitut Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (LFI) (State Support Institute of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania).
